This site presents a growing collection of interactive 360° panoramic images showing historic locations, museums, aircraft interiors and other places of interest. The panoramas allow the viewer to look freely in any direction and explore spaces that are often difficult to appreciate in conventional photographs.
The images are captured using both ground-based panoramic cameras and aerial drone photography. Together these techniques make it possible to record locations from unique viewpoints, ranging from detailed interior spaces to large outdoor environments.
Many of the panoramas focus on historic and heritage locations such as museum collections and preserved aircraft. Galleries currently include material from Brooklands Museum, with additional locations including Amberley Museum and other sites being added over time.
These panoramic images form part of a wider collection of photography and video work produced by Andy Lambert. Additional videos and projects can be found at www.andysvideo.com.
The project is continuing to grow and new galleries, locations and panoramas will be added regularly.
